COMMONWEALTH JOURNAL OF LAW AND GOVERNANCE (CJLG)

The Commonwealth Journal of Law and Governance (CJLG) is an international, peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to research in law, governance, justice, public policy, human rights, constitutionalism, and institutional development across Commonwealth countries and the wider international community.

The journal provides a multidisciplinary platform for legal scholars, practitioners, judges, policymakers, researchers, and public administrators to examine contemporary legal and governance challenges.

CJLG particularly encourages comparative and interdisciplinary research on constitutionalism, the rule of law, democratic governance, human rights, public-sector accountability, access to justice, institutional reform, technology and digital governance, environmental and climate governance, and emerging legal and regulatory issues.

The journal is committed to originality, academic rigor, research integrity, transparency, and ethical publication, while promoting scholarship that contributes to justice, accountable governance, institutional effectiveness, sustainable development, and stronger connections between Commonwealth legal scholarship and the wider international community.
