Errata and Corrigendum

The Commonwealth Journal of Law and Governance (CJLG) recognizes the importance of maintaining an accurate and reliable scholarly record.

Erratum

An erratum may be issued when an error introduced during the publication process affects the accuracy or presentation of a published article.

Corrigendum

A corrigendum may be issued when authors identify a significant error in their published work that requires correction.

Corrections will normally identify the affected article and clearly describe the correction while maintaining the integrity of the original scholarly record.

Where an error is sufficiently serious to invalidate major findings or conclusions, the journal may consider retraction or another appropriate editorial action.

Authors who identify significant errors in their published work should promptly contact the editorial office.
