Authors' Guidelines

The Journal of Health and Environmental Governance (JHEG) welcomes original scholarly contributions that make a clear and meaningful contribution to knowledge in health, environmental governance, public policy, and related fields.

Types of Manuscripts

The journal considers:

• Original Research Articles
• Review Articles
• Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses
• Case Studies
• Policy and Governance Analyses
• Methodological Papers
• Theoretical and Conceptual Papers
• Interdisciplinary Research

Manuscript Requirements

Authors should ensure that manuscripts:

• Are original and have not been published elsewhere.
• Are not simultaneously under consideration by another journal.
• Present clear research objectives and appropriate methodology.
• Provide accurate and verifiable references.
• Follow accepted standards of academic writing and research integrity.
• Obtain appropriate ethical approval where required.
• Clearly acknowledge sources, funding, and conflicts of interest.

Manuscripts should normally include an Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References, and other sections appropriate to the nature of the research.

Authors are responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their submissions.
