Plagiarism Policy

JHEG considers plagiarism and other forms of academic misconduct to be serious violations of scholarly integrity.

All submitted manuscripts may be subjected to similarity and originality checks as part of the editorial assessment process.

Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to:

• Copying text without appropriate acknowledgement
• Presenting another person's ideas as one's own
• Unauthorised reproduction of published material
• Improper paraphrasing
• Duplicate or redundant publication

Where substantial plagiarism or other forms of misconduct are identified, the manuscript may be rejected.

If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the journal may take appropriate corrective action, including correction, withdrawal, or retraction of the affected article.
